Frequently Asked Questions

What PPI should I choose for filter sponge?
For general air and dust filtration, 20-40 PPI is the standard choice; for coarse pre-filtration use 10-15 PPI, and for fine or activated-carbon filtration use 45-80 PPI. Tell us your application and we will recommend the right grade.
Is the filter sponge flame retardant?
Yes. Flame-retardant grades are available to meet common fire-safety requirements for filtration and padding applications. Please tell us which standard you need tested and we will confirm the exact grade and test report.
Can you customize size, thickness, shape and density?
Yes. We run in-house foaming, reticulating and cutting lines, so we produce sheets, rolls, die-cut pieces and custom-shaped blocks in any size, thickness and density based on your drawings or samples.
What material is the filter sponge made of?
It is open-cell polyurethane (PU) foam, supplied in black, grey or white, with pore sizes from 10 to 80 PPI and densities from 18 to 50 kg/m3. Custom colors are available.
Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. Send us your drawings, specifications or physical samples and we will quote a factory-direct price, including custom logo printing and retail packaging.
Are samples available before I place an order?
Yes, samples can be provided for quality confirmation and you only cover the freight cost. Contact us with your address and the PPI / density you need to request a sample.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We accept common trade terms such as EXW, FOB and CIF, with payment by T/T, L/C or online trade assurance. Small trial orders ship by express and bulk orders by sea or air.
